Strong Schools Maryland's Team Leaders are among the most passionate, equity-driven local leaders in the entire state. Team Leaders have their fingers on the pulse of what's going on in their communities and use that knowledge to help inform the advocacy of the organization.
In addition to direct access to Strong Schools Maryland's Lead Organizer, Team Leaders receive the most updated information related to Blueprint implementation, meet with state education leaders, and constantly develop their own organizing and advocacy skills.
